The New Wine Discipleship Year in Lancaster is based at St. Thomas’s Church and Christians Alive, with placements on offer at a variety of other local churches.
Teaching (8hrs/wk)
Teaching will be delivered mid-week either in one day or across two mornings.
Internships (12hrs/wk)
Internships are offered in the following areas of church life: kids work, youth work, student work, urban outreach, worship, family outreach, debt relief, church administration, media.
Cost
Course fees of £1,000 payable at the beginning of the course.
Accommodation
Interns find their own accommodation locally in Lancaster or in the vicinity of their internship church. Some internship churches may offer accommodation in family homes. Students are encouraged to take casual employment to cover their living expenses.
