The New Wine Discipleship Year training centre will be based at The Belfrey, a lively and exciting church in the centre of York. The church is a resourcing church for the city and region, with a vision to play their part in serving God’s transformation of the North.
Teaching (8hrs/wk)
All day Monday (staff morning; morning teaching; afternoon huddle; afternoon teaching).
Ministry Opportunities (12hrs/wk)
Various flexible placements are available at The Belfrey and other churches in York and Hull: Youth, Children & Families, Students, Creative Media, Worship, Prayer, Technical, and Mission & Evangelism.
Cost
Course fees of £1000, payable at the beginning of the course.
Accommodation
The placement churches are often able to offer rooms in shared houses or with families, either for free or a contribution towards rent and bills. DY students may find their own accommodation if preferred.
