Membership of a B&A Little Church is expected as part of the role.
Role Purpose and Responsibilities:
The core function of this role is to Lead Worship and to lead and grow the worship team.
- Responsible for building, overseeing & leading gathered worship or serving in other areas of the worship team.
- Oversight rehearsal nights to upskill, support and help train the worship team.
- Oversee the administration of the worship team.
- Membership of Gatherings Team, jointly responsible for planning Sunday Gatherings.
- Developing and overseeing the volunteer worship, P.A. & Visuals team, including recruiting new members. This will involve team leadership,training, support and encouragement.
- Overseeing the administration and management of the budget of the worship department.
