This role is at the heart of our vision, directly working tosupport the Rector as his Executive Assistant, ensuring that he can work efficiently and smoothly to set the agenda of the church proactively. You will be a key player in the office,delivering staff socials, training and development.You will also ensure that ourcourses and eventsare of a high standard and delivered so that they grow and develop, including The Marriage and Pre-Marriage Course, the Bereavement Journey, First Fruits (newcomers’ course) and the Church Leadership Course.
