Alive Youth already has 20+ year 6 to 10’s on a Sunday morning, an established midweek Alive Youth community, an annual weekend away, and established links with two local secondary schools. Alive Church has approximately 100 young people aspart of our community.
Our next Youth Pastor will share our vision and enthusiasm as they work with the wider team to build on what has already been established. They will bring strategic oversight and direction to the ministry. They will pastor a wide community of young people aged 11-18, and will invest in, and disciple our young people.
We are looking for someone to pioneer new midweek youth communities, monthly Sunday gatherings and create space for belonging, discipleship and evangelism. They will have an ability to reach young people and bring creativity, drive and passion to build a ministry that will attract, engage and disciple 11 to 18 year-olds.

Our Vision
Our vision is to see individuals, the church and our town Come Alive in Jesus name. Alive Church, St. George’s has been a church for over 100 years. In 2016 a new chapter began when a team moved to Gateshead to relaunch the church. As we stepped into our vision to see people Come Alive, new people joined and the church grew.
