Youth Pastor

We are currently recruiting for a Youth Pastor here at St Paul's. This is a vital role in our leadership team and one that is central to mission and discipleship at our church.

We are a large evangelical charismatic church on the edge of the city of Salisbury with a history of exciting youth ministry and mission. We are looking for someone who will continue the pattern of pioneering youth ministry in our city and take it to the next level.

Can you connect with youth? Do you get the challenges and pressures that young people experience? Are you able to inspire, encourage and come alongside our youth and build community, nurture faith and develop mission opportunities? We are looking for applicants who will equip our young people to follow Jesus, the Way, The Truth and the Life.

You will be joining a supportive and collaborative staff team. We have a great leadership team, brilliant administrative support and excellent facilities with the Church, Office hub and Hope Centre.

There is also excellent volunteer Youth Leadership Team who are eager to work alongside you.
