We are seeking an experienced person to lead our children’s and young families’ ministry in this new season of church life.Could it be you?
We want every level of our church’s leadership to reflect the diversity of our membership and so we particularly welcome applicants from global majority backgrounds.
You will be someone who loves Jesus, is creative, fun-loving and longs to make disciples who can make disciples among our children and young families.
You will be someone with proven leadership capability, who can discern direction for the children’s and young families’ ministry and enable it to become a reality, as part of the new church vision.
You will be able to recruit and inspire leaders and build teams, while discipling, developing and releasing them to serve and flourish.
You will have significant prior experience in a children’s ministry role or have transferable skills working with children in the third sector or in another professional capacity e.g. as a primary school teacher.
