To enable HTBarnes to reach and grow under 18s and their families with the good news of Jesus.
This is a strategic offers great opportunities and is responsible for:
- Oversight, leadership and support for mission and ministry to children and families.
- Growing and equipping volunteers to find their calling and gifts to share in this task.
- Advocating for the needs of children and families across HTBarnes.
- Prayer and Planning for the ministry to grow, working in partnership with PCC, Staff and Congregation and wider community.
- Enabling under 18s to exercise their own gifts and callings as equal followers of Jesus in Church and wider Christian service.
In common with all who minister at HTBarnes, the post holder must model Christian faith and life. The following should be self-evident in their ministry: excellent safeguarding practice, collaborative ministry, intergenerational church.

Holy Trinity Church Barnes
An informal, friendly church in Barnes, London SW13. A stones throw from the end of Hammersmith Bridge we are a local church with a diverse congregation drawn from across west London and beyond. We are both Charismatic and Evangelical, fully part of the Barnes Team Ministry, Church of England. We are a modest size of around 60 people of all ages, and like many churches are growing back after the Covid pandemic reduced our size considerably. Our spirit continues to seek the Holy Spirit to grasp the scope and vision of Gods calling to us to be good news to Barnes and Beyond.
