A thriving musical worship ministry is in the DNA of Holy Trinity Cambridge. Worship is one of our core values and part of everything we do at HT. We believe that when we worship, we seek not just to praise Him, but to encounter Him and be transformed by Him.
The Worship MA role is a full-time position on the staff team of HT. Whilst being a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow, this is a significant step up from an internship. Our vision for the worship team is that we would be more than just musicians, singers and technicians, but people who foster a hunger to see God break into our lives and the lives of those around us. Helping to pastor and lead the team towards this is a key responsibility of the Worship MA role. Therefore, we are seeking someone with both the competence and experience in leading congregations in worship, but also with spiritual maturity and a deep commitment to Christ, and a pastoral heart to share God’s goodness with others.
