Description of Job

The role of the Leadership Pipeline Network Administrator is to provide administrative, organisational and logistical support to the Ministry Leads that support the Leadership Pipeline across the New Wine Network. This includes but is not limited to, the ministry areas of the New Wine Discipleship Year, Leaders in Training stream and Young Adults Collective.

Working closely with the ministry leads you will collaboratively and actively provide varied levels of support through engagement with the wider network, our events and resources, and the wider office and volunteer teams and any specific needs. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

The post holder will serve as the primary point of contact for the three ministries within the Leadership Pipeline—New Wine Discipleship Year, Leaders in Training stream, and Young Adults Collective—providing dedicated support to the Ministry Leads and ensuring the smooth administration of these key leadership development initiatives.

Support to Ministry Leads 

  • Work closely with the Ministry Leaders for the New Wine Discipleship Year, Leaders in Training stream, and Young Adults Collective, providing administrative and logistical support to help implement and develop these ministries across the New Wine network. 
  • Carry out tasks as directed by the Strategic Director and Ministry Leads, ensuring the smooth coordination and operational effectiveness of activities within the Leadership Pipeline. 
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between the Ministry Leads and key stakeholders. 

Network office lead 

  • Serve as the primary office contact for leaders within the Leadership Pipeline, handling inquiries related to New Wine Discipleship Year, Leaders in Training, and Young Adults Collective. 
  • Support Events, Marketing & Communications teams by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about Leadership Pipeline ministries is communicated effectively to the wider network. 
  • Manage and maintain the Leadership Pipeline database, ensuring all records are accurate and updated regularly. 
  • Assist in developing clear processes for onboarding, engagement, and communication with participants and leaders within the Leadership Pipeline.  

Network Events 

  • Provide on-site support to the Leadership Pipeline Ministry Leaders at New Wine Festival and New Wine Leadership Conference, assisting with administration, welcoming attendees, facilitating workshops, and supporting volunteer coordination. 
  • Specifically support the New Wine Discipleship Year by assisting with the planning and execution of its two annual retreats (Autumn and Spring), including logistics, communications, and participant engagement. 
  • Coordinate and assist with any Leadership Pipeline related sessions, meetings, or networking opportunities at regional and national New Wine events.

Preferred skills and qualifications 

  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses 
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems. 
  • Previous experience within the New Wine Network and Events Industry  


This is a part time role of 25 hours a week. The wage will be pro-rated.
