Location: St Wins Church, Totton & St Anne’s Calmore

Part Time: 2.5 days/week (includes Sundays, Tuesdays & one midweek evening)

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £25,000–£26,500 FTE (pro-rata)

Contract: 2-year fixed term with 6-month probation

We’re hiring a Youth Lead to grow and develop our thriving youth ministry at St Wins. You’ll lead our vision to disciple 11–18 year olds, create engaging programmes, mentor young people, and pioneer youth mission in Totton, Sotuhampton. This role is packed with creativity, purpose, and community.
