Are you passionate about children and young people coming to know Jesus? Can you lead, mobilise, and inspire others?
We are looking for an innovative, strategic leader to oversee all our work with under 18s.
We currently have a thriving youth and children’s ministry, a part-time family minister and a committed team of volunteers.
We are now looking for someone to be a key voice in our core leadership team as we seek to bring children and youth ministry into the heart of our vision and strategy as a benefice.
We are looking for someone to bring passionate and energetic leadership to our existing teams, as well as to motivate, recruit and train new leaders to meet the demands of this growing ministry.
This role is mission-shaped and a key aspect of the job would be to develop missional initiatives and new worshipping communities to expand the reach of our current provision. This will likely be achieved in part through our close links with primary schools in the benefice
Our desire is that every child and young person in our benefice has the chance to hear about Jesus and respond to his love. If you share that vision, we would love to hear from you.
