Each night YMCA Norfolk provides a safe and supportive home to over 240 young people across the county. We are looking for a Director of Housing to help us expand our housing provision whilst ensuring we continue to have a significant impact in the lives of our residents.
We seek a strategic leader who shares our passion for transforming young lives, and who has:
· senior management experience in the social housing sector;
· strong strategic thinking and planning skills;
· excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, with high levels of emotional intelligence and a relational and collaborative leadership style;
· an active commitment to the Christian faith, including a regular practice of prayer and participation in a Christian church community.
