New Wine Safeguarding Children, Young People and Adults Policy and Good Practice Guidelines
We currently use ThirtyOne:Eight to process all of our volunteer team DBS applications. In addition, we have access to their 24/7 helpline which can be used by all staff for any advice relating to safeguarding matters, from disclosures arising from a DBS application to incidents or disclosures made at any of our events. They will not endorse any policies or processes adopted by us, only provide advice and guidance based on their knowledge of current legislation and their experience of working with other organisations.
